2. Products & pricing

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Product photos and descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor variations in color or finish can occur due to screen display and handmade/stitched production.
  • We may correct pricing or availability errors and cancel affected orders with notice.
  • Sale / discounted prices: items bought on sale are subject to our Refund & Return Policy (sale items are not entitled to a refund).

3. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order (for example: stock issues, pricing error, suspected fraud, incomplete address, or serviceable-area limits). You will receive confirmation by SMS, phone, WhatsApp, or email when practical.

4. Payment

We may offer Cash on Delivery and/or other methods shown at checkout. You agree to pay the full amount due for accepted orders.

5. Shipping & refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or engage in fraudulent orders.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luxe Bazaar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan shall have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the updated terms.
